The room was pretty comfy, and we enjoyed some time at the picnic tables outside. The lobby felt a bit neglected too. Could use some sprucing up! Overall, it was a decent spot for the night.

It was just a solid selection for a budget stay in Smithfield with reasonable price. The pool area was a nice spot to unwind after a long day. If you're not picky, it can work for a short visit.

this place woudl ve been okay if it weren’t for the awful smell in my room and the maintenance issues that were ignored. The overall lack of service was disappoining. i almost gave a glowing review, but when i asked for even a small welcome gift or upgrade, they acted like i was asking for the moon. ridiculous!

The overall feel of the place is outdated and a bit sketchy!!! The lingering funky odors upon entering and awkward parking lot access made the stay less enjoyable!!! Security issues with unlocked doors just can't be ignored!!!
